Bulldozer for Solid Waste Management

A bulldozer compacting solid waste freshly delivered to the MSW landfill site. the new Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) for processing commingled recyclables can also be seen. This bulldozer is equipped with special low ground pressure (LGP) track plates and a solid waste blade that is far more effective than other blades normally used in bulldozers for landfills.

Triangular Swamp Track Plates:
Triangular swamp track plates (910 mm) with additional protection for wetlands, sludge and solid waste result in much higher efficiency than the standard machine. Triangular edges result in low ground pressure thus enabling the machine to operate smoothly over the waste.

Solid Waste Blade:
A special solid waste blade not only enables the machine to carry more waste but also protects the front radiator and is very useful in solid waste areas. These special plates and blades help in a smooth operator ride, shifting more waste in one round, hence providing much higher throughput.
