Applicants must apply for the visa application at the consular post or at the consular office of the country concerned only. The applicant may apply in person or with a relative, or any official representative without having an appointment. In an emergency, an applicant can contact the nearest Pakistani mission for assistance, but will not receive any appointment. 2. The applicant will be required to make a personal appearance at the consular post or in the consular office. Once at the consular post, the applicant will be required to produce a valid photo identification document issued by his/her country which includes (a) a photo of the applicant, (b) a valid passport, (c) a national identity card for the applicant, (d) the Pakistani Passport Fee or a valid Passport with Rs 30/- fee and the applicable customs duty. The application form will have to be signed by the applicant and the Pakistani Passport Stamp will be issued. The document will also have to be provided with the details of the applicant. 3.
